Cancellation & Refund

At TeesBee, we strive to deliver high-quality, made-to-order products right to your doorstep. Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully before placing an order.

 

 

❌ Order Cancellation

Since we operate a made-to-order (Print-on-Demand) business model, all orders are sent into production quickly. Therefore:

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them.
  • After 6 hours, the order is already in processing with the supplier and cannot be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, email info@teesbee.in with your order ID as soon as possible.

 

 

💸 Refunds Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  1. Product not delivered within 30 business days of order placement.
  2. Received wrong item, defective product, or product that does not match the description.
  3. Order cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.

📷 In case of a damaged or incorrect product, photo evidence is required for review.

 

 

🔁 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Size or color chosen incorrectly by the customer
  • Delays due to courier or customs (unless beyond 30 days)
  • Items returned without approval or to the wrong address
  • General dissatisfaction or change of mind

 

 

💳 Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, wallet).
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

 

 

🔁 Return & Refund Verification

Since we operate via third-party suppliers, all returns and refunds are subject to supplier approval and quality checks.
