At TeesBee, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we operate on a Print-on-Demand and dropshipping model, our return policy has specific guidelines. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

The product does not match the description (wrong size, color, or print)
📸 Return Process
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Email us at info@teesbee.in with:
· Order number
· Clear photos of the issue (product and packaging)
3. Our team will verify and approve the return request.
4. Once approved, you will receive the supplier’s return address.
5. Ship the item to the supplier at your cost unless the error was from our end.
📦 Return Conditions

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

It should be returned with tags and packaging intact.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Size exchange due to customer mis-selection

Change of mind after ordering

Personalized/customized items (unless damaged)
📍 Where to Return
All returns must be sent directly to the supplier’s return address (provided after approval).
TeesBee’s Gurgaon office does not accept physical returns.
